Job Title: Senior Validation Expert

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Validation Expert to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout their development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.
  • Establish robust validation plans, protocols, and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory expectations, drive process improvements, and optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and develop effective risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation, safeguarding our customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, increase efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their growth and development, and drive business success.
