Job Title: Financial Management Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Expert to lead our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting department's daily operations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Utilize cost performance tools to monitor and improve financial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and statutory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and cost management.
  • Proficiency in cost performance tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation, including direct and indirect taxes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
