Job Opportunity: Network Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for global IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.
  • Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.
  • Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
  • Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.
  • Carry out basic network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Follow best practices for incident, problem, change & configuration management.
  • Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with global IT support operations.
  • Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of best practices for IT service management.
  • CCNA certification is a strong advantage.
