Overview

Jio is a leading technology company seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business growth in our retail channels.

This role involves expanding our presence in the local market, managing relationships with retailers, and ensuring excellent customer experience at our outlets.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual who can:

  • Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory by building strong relationships with local retailers.
  • Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Operationalize all Jio points within a Jio Centre, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Own the performance of preferred outlets in the territory, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience at Jio Points, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and governance at Jio Points.
  • Manage productivity of the team, monitoring progress towards goals and making adjustments as necessary.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and the required skill set.

  • Strong distribution management skills, including negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective people management skills, with experience in leading teams.
