Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Lead

This is a critical leadership role within our organization focused on driving strategic risk management initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and implement enterprise-wide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) strategies that ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead security assessments against recognized frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and others to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and manage GRC initiatives for customers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management and Compliance
  • Conduct thorough gap assessments and provide actionable recommendations for compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Drive development and maintenance of risk management processes and tools to ensure continuous improvement.
Security Documentation and Policy Development
  • Draft, review and refine security policies, procedures and technical documentation to ensure they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop security documentation such as risk assessment reports, compliance roadmaps and certification support materials to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with customer security teams to understand their environment, challenges and objectives, providing technical and strategic advisory services as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for GRC-related initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Communication and Reporting
  • Create detailed reports and presentations tailored for both technical teams and leadership audiences, effectively communicating technical concepts and metrics.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
