Job Title: CAE Engineer

We are seeking an experienced CAE Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design and development process, you will be responsible for creating high-fidelity simulations to validate the structural integrity of our vehicles.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and experience working with simulation software such as ANSA, LSDyna, and Abacus.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust simulation models that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing full vehicle crash simulations and durability loadcase simulations.
  • Analyzing data from high-speed crash analysis and durability analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.
  2. 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Meshing, Module build for Crash &/ Durability, High speed crash analysis &/ Durability anaysis.
  3. Strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, Assembly, Material models and Physics of Crash &/Durability.
  4. Proficiency in ANSA as preprocessor, LSDyna for Crash loadcase &/ Abacus for Durability evaluation , Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing.
  5. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  6. Ability to work deliver the FE model set up to load case Analysis report independently or with minimal support.
