Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital System Developer to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining repeatable digital systems that scale. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust digital solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing and integrating custom digital components, including front-end styling with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will work closely with our designers and project managers to ensure that all deliverables meet scope, timelines, and client goals.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional experience in WordPress development, with a strong understanding of themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Hands-on experience with page builders like Elementor or Spectra Pro.
  • Familiarity with Flywheel hosting, staging workflows, and WordPress migrations.
  • Ability to implement SEO best practices, caching, and image optimization.
  • Strong attention to design fidelity and responsive UI execution.
  • Self-managed with excellent communication and task-tracking discipline.
