We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team in an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development. The Postdoctoral Fellowship is designed to provide early-career researchers with the chance to engage in independent research, collaborate with faculty, and publish impactful work.

This developmental position allows researchers to strengthen their research portfolio, participate in online research seminars, workshops, and academic discussions, and mentor postgraduate and doctoral students where relevant. The fellowship also offers opportunities for interdisciplinary projects and knowledge dissemination activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research aligned with our university's priority research areas.
  • Publish high-quality research in reputable peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and other scholarly outlets.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects, research proposals, and grant applications in collaboration with faculty.
  • Participate in online research seminars, workshops, and academic discussions hosted by our university.
  • Mentor postgraduate and doctoral students where relevant, in line with research supervision guidelines.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary projects and knowledge dissemination activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A Ph.D. awarded within the last 5 years in a relevant discipline (Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, Technology, Sciences, or related areas).
  • A strong academic publication record in reputable journals.
  • Demonstrated research capability and alignment with our university's research thrust areas.
  • Proficiency in academic writing, data analysis, and use of digital/online research tools.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote/online environment.
