KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Research Excellence (40-50%)

  • Conduct original, high-quality research in your field of expertise

  • Develop and lead interdisciplinary research initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications:

For Assistant Professor:

  • PhD in relevant field from a recognized university
  • Demonstrated research potential through publications
  • Strong academic record with honors/awards
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

For Associate Professor:

  • PhD with 6-10 years post-doctoral experience
  • Established publication record in high-impact journals
  • Evidence of external funding acquisition
  • Successful PhD student supervision experience
  • Recognition in professional community

For Professor:

  • PhD with 12+ years post-doctoral experience
  • Distinguished publication record and citation impact
  • Substantial external funding track record
  • Leadership in professional organizations
  • International recognition and collaborations

For Distinguished Professor:

  • PhD with 20+ years distinguished career
  • Exceptional research contributions and global recognition
