Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP MM & PP module and a proven track record in digitalization activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational procurement, factory production planning, warehouse management, alignment of P2P processes with GBS, logistics planning & inventory planning.
  • Prepare long-term and short-term production plans with capacity planning.
  • Material planning and analysis to reduce inventory levels.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement in the production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
  • Track material shortages and provide immediate resolutions.
  • C Coordinate and plan supplier deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports.
  • Coordinate and plan customer orders and deliveries.
  • Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to meet production schedules.
  • MRP, Scheduling, Routing, Sequencing.
  • Evaluate and optimize production processes for cost-efficiency.
  • Manage production order creation, release, material issuance against pick lists, and production.
  • Order confirmations, techno-economic analyses.
  • Monitor manufacturing variances for every production order.
  • Inbound logistics and milk run management.
  • Demand management and revenue planning.
  • Shop floor management and oversight.
  • Knowledge of SAP WMS, MM, PP, and SAP Fiori.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date SAP master data.
Requirements:
  • SAP WMS, MM, PP, and SAP Fiori expertise.
  • Production planning and control skills.
  • Supply chain and logistics experience.
  • Warehouse management (WMS) proficiency.
  • Material requirement planning (MRP) skills.
  • Order handling and packing dispatch capabilities.
  • Procurement/purchase skills.
  • Inventory management expertise.
  • Digitalization and power BI skills.
Background:
  • An experienced professional with B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/E&C with 15-18 years of experience in operational procurement and logistics.
  • A proven track record in digitalization activities and extensive knowledge of SAP MM & PP module.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationships with a collaborative mindset.
