  • Order entry and processing will also be part of your responsibilities, where you will accurately book orders and confirm pricing with customers.
  • To ensure timely shipment of products, you will coordinate with various internal teams such as sales, procurement, and production.
  • Your role involves proactive communication with customers regarding order status, updates, and potential delays or issues. Providing exceptional customer service is essential in this position.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide necessary information or documentation.
  • Your responsibility includes monitoring order progress and tracking shipments to guarantee on-time delivery. You will promptly address any potential delivery issues or delays.
  • Accurate and up-to-date order records and documentation are crucial in this role, including order confirmations, invoices, and shipping details.
  • Analysis and resolution of order-related problems, such as pricing discrepancies, inventory shortages, or shipping errors, are critical skills required for this position.
  • Regular reports on order status, fulfillment metrics, and customer satisfaction will be generated to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions is vital in providing accurate information to customers and sales teams.
  • Key qualifications for this role include strong understanding of order management processes, proficiency in SAP PP/MM Module and databases, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently, and outstanding customer service skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • This role requires a graduate/postgraduate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or engineering in electronics and communication or electrical fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in order management or a related field is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP PP/MM Module and databases is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze order data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management are necessary.
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of ERP systems are preferred.

Competencies
