Senior Plant Human Resources Manager

The Plant HR Manager is a pivotal position in providing comprehensive support and services for HR, ER, and Admin functions across the entire plant.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employees, team leaders, analysts, and contract workers for payroll purposes.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs for the plant to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Oversee HR operations and transactions related to the plant, ensuring seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Establish effective relationships with external stakeholders to foster cooperation and collaboration.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Lead health and safety initiatives at the plant to minimize risks and ensure a safe working space.
- Manage contract labour effectively to meet business needs.
- Implement robust security measures to protect plant assets and personnel.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced professional with a postgraduate degree, holding 12-15 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing organizations. They must possess in-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliances to drive successful outcomes.
