Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

The primary role of a Digital Marketing Specialist is to design, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on multiple channels including Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, and quick commerce platforms.
  • Set up campaign structures including ad sets, targeting, budgeting, bidding, and creative assets.
  • Ensure alignment of ads with overall brand strategy, product launches, and promotions.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyzing key performance metrics such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reach set goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creative assets, targeting, and ad formats to identify the best-performing campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track the success of campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Amazon Advertising Console to track and interpret data.
  • Provide actionable insights for scaling successful campaigns and pausing underperforming ones.
Budget Management:
  • Manage budgets efficiently across different platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Reallocate budget based on campaign performance and business needs.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with external agencies or platforms when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing campaigns on multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing ad spend across multiple channels.
