Job Title: Machinery Operations Engineer – Food Manufacturing

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Machinery Operations Engineer in the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to optimize production efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain product quality standards during machine operations.
  • Record machine operating data and production outputs accurately.
  • Ensure material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance are carried out according to requirements.
  • Report and escalate equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in machinery rectification/maintenance within the nutraceuticals, food manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is essential.
  • Exposure to food technology processes is required.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to conduct and document in-process checks accurately.
