The role of an Insurance Claim Processor involves handling cashless insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
This position requires verifying policy coverage, reviewing medical records, and coordinating with Insurers to ensure timely closure to policyholders.
The processor may also be responsible for communicating with employees or dependants to provide updates on the status of their claims.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage End-to-End Cashless Claims: Verify policy coverage, review medical records, coordinate with Insurers, and ensure accurate and efficient processing.
- Verify Policy Coverage: Review and verify policy details to ensure claim eligibility for cashless processing according to insurance policy terms and conditions.
- Provide Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from employees and other stakeholders regarding claim status and related queries.
- Coordinate with Healthcare Providers/Hospitals: Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain additional information, clarify details, and resolve issues.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all claim-related activities, communications, and transactions for documentation and audit purposes.
- Internal Clients: Endorsement team, Onboarding team, Products & engineering, Claims teams, Support Inbound, Account Management
- External Clients: Insurers, Client HR's, Hospitals
