Senior Leasing Director Position

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Leasing to lead our leasing team in maximizing rental income and occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, property management, or business marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance rental income and occupancy rates.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the leasing team, focusing on securing new tenancies and identifying market opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and benchmark data to inform leasing strategies.
- Prepare and review annual rental budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Deliver regular market updates to senior management, highlighting supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, competition, and market positioning for assigned assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, or Business Marketing.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, with a comprehensive network of contacts.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
