Business Development Representative

Job Overview
No Broker is seeking an ambitious Sales executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and selling products to clients.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients.
- Sell products by developing relationships with clients and recommending solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week with day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
- Laptop with webcam and good speed internet connection is mandatory.
