We are seeking a talented Cybersecurity Training Innovator to join our team.

About Us

We are building the next generation of cybersecurity training that is hands-on, immersive, and rooted in the real world. Our platform combines narrative storytelling with interactive security labs that challenge users to think like adversaries and defenders.

The Role

As our second full-time hire, you will help design and build practical, containerized security labs for web, infrastructure, cloud, and AI-related attack surfaces. You will work closely with our founding members to create content that is technically rich, accessible, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design hands-on, real-world cybersecurity labs using Docker and containerized services
  • Develop lab environments, walkthroughs, and scoring logic for a wide range of security topics
  • Write clear, concise technical content (prompts, hints, docs)
  • Collaborate with engineers to deploy labs in Kubernetes-based infrastructure
  • Participate in roadmap planning and help define future content architecture
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in at least one security domain (e.g., LLM/AI security, web app security, cloud security, or red teaming)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker (building, testing, deploying containers)
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
  • Passion for cybersecurity education and practical, scenario-based learning
