We are seeking a visionary Design Director to spearhead our architectural design initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in the region and involves leading teams of architects and designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet regulatory and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create architectural designs that exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
