Accounting Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to oversee and streamline accounting processes.

About the Position
  • Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with leadership to drive informed business decisions.
  • Effectively manage vendor and customer accounts with precision and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies to ensure organizational stability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable financial insights supporting business growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance (GST, TDS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Prior experience handling accounting for D2C/e-commerce businesses is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills for effective teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CA Inter or MBA Finance certification is desired.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or D2C accounting roles.
