Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert who can drive growth across channels and industries.

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies, optimize funnels, and analyze outcomes with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and revenue.
  • Create media plans & budgets; manage daily pacing with clear targets on ROAS/Cost per Acquisition (CPA)/Marketing Effectiveness Ratio (MER)/Click-through Rate (CTR)/Conversion Value Rate (CVR)/Average Order Value (AOV)/Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Establish and maintain tracking & attribution systems (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM discipline, conversion APIs).
  • Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): landing page hypotheses, A/B tests, heatmaps, form friction analysis, and offer/creative iterations.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to brief high-performing creatives for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), E-commerce, Food & Beverage (F&B), Hospitality & Corporate/Business-to-Business (B2B) campaigns.
  • Drive marketing automation & retention efforts (email/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM flows), cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and present insights & next actions to leadership and clients.
Requirements:
  • 3–7+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing with proven results (case studies/ROAS improvements required).
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio.
  • A strong grasp of attribution, bidding strategies, feed/catalog management, and remarketing.
  • Experience across D2C & E-commerce (Shopify preferred), F&B (including hyperlocal/aggregators), Hospitality (Online Travel Agencies/brand site), and Corporate/B2B (Ads).
  • An analytical mindset with excellent communication skills; comfortable owning outcomes and explaining the 'why'.
