Job Summary

Synchronize and integrate all devices of users to ensure seamless productivity.

  • Troubleshoot issues on desktops, laptops, printers, email, backup, remote accessibility of cloud files, and sync with mobiles.
  • Minimum 1.5 years to 3 years of hands-on experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve desktop operating system issues on Windows XP/Windows 7 L1 and L2 troubleshooting.

Familiarity with basic Windows Server Knowledge L1.

User Management/Policies configuration for optimal network performance.

Mail (MS Outlook/365/G Suite) setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Printer driver installation, network Printer installation troubleshooting.

Network management and uptime are crucial.

Ensure maximum uptime of clients' network and infrastructure.

Candidate Profile:

Pursue a career as a Desktop Support Specialist who has the following skills and qualifications.

A Science Graduate with a 1-year HW/Networking course (BCA/BTech/3 yrs Diploma IT preferred).

MCSE training/at least MCP Certifications will be an asset.

At least 1.5 years working experience in a similar role.

Experience in Troubleshooting Mail Client Outlook is mandatory.

Proficient user of MS Office and Internet applications.

Excellent English communication skills (Read/Write/Speak).

  • The salary range is dependent on skills and experience - upwards of 3LPA.
