Job Title: Senior Associate
">- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end procurement process of medical equipment, from market research and supplier negotiations to ensuring regulatory compliance and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle for medical equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier performance aligns with contractual expectations.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and procurement policies.
- Conduct market research to identify high-quality and cost-effective suppliers.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand equipment needs and procurement timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar procurement or consulting role, preferably in the medical equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and procurement best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in medical procurement (local and international standards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and market research skills to drive informed procurement decisions.
