Employee Relations Professional

Collaborate with consultants to develop strategic relationships and drive business growth.

This role involves creating Employee Relations best practices, people strategy, and deep subject matter expertise to address employment and employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust with business consultants across the US.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Design and implement data-driven ER models to inform decision-making and enhance consultant experiences.
  • Generate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Manage high-complexity ER cases and internal investigations.
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build influence and trust across management levels.

Preferred qualifications include proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, strong marketing skills, and academic background in Human Resources or related fields.
