CNC Cutting Tools Technical Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Cutting Tools Sales Engineer to join our team at RCPC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC cutting tools, application engineering, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and filing important documents
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Process orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor team progress and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in CNC cutting tools and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools required
- Own 2 Wheeler with License
- 2 Years Service agreement
- Company will bare fuel expenses
- Provided fund, Gratuity, Insurance and ESI
- Qualification : ITI (MECH)/DME / BE/B.Tech./Post Graduation.(Mechanical)
