Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to drive engagement and growth on our platforms.

This role involves developing original scripts for social media videos, crafting compelling narratives, and adapting content based on performance data and audience feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A balance between creative and analytical thinking is essential for this position, as is the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders and analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scriptwriting & Content Creation: Develop original and compelling scripts for social media videos that resonate with our target audience.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good with numbers and analytical skills.
  • Balance between creative and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Social Media/YouTube Manager experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in screenwriting / film / communications / marketing, or a related field.
