About the Role

We are seeking a Content Creator with a strong background in the SAP domain and proven experience producing high-impact content for real estate and property development clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and presentation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality content (articles, whitepapers, presentations, case studies, videos, etc.) tailored to SAP-related solutions and services within the real estate and property development industry.
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials and customer-facing collateral that support go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to extract key insights and translate them into engaging content.
  • Build and deliver visually engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all content formats.
  • Stay updated on SAP innovations, real estate market trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of content creation experience, with at least 1 year focused on SAP-related topics.
  • Demonstrated experience creating content for clients in the real estate and property development sector.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content trends is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a B2B technology marketing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Real Estate Management, or related solutions.
  • Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
