AI Software Development Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and integrate large language models into software applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune large language models for use in various software applications.
  • Implement prompt engineering techniques, vector embeddings, and RAG pipelines to enhance model performance.
  • Understand how to build agentic AI applications using Langgraph and other technologies.
  • Design and maintain APIs, microservices, and front-end/back-end integrations for GenAI applications.
  • Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) to enable semantic search and improve model efficiency.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI) to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for real-world usage by applying problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to deliver proof-of-concepts and production-ready applications that adhere to responsible AI, data privacy, and security guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in APIs, microservices, and frameworks like Flask/FastAPI/Django.
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark for big data processing.
  • Knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks for managing complex AI workflows.
  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining AI models.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Familiarity with popular deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers) is a plus.
