We are seeking a highly skilled Messaging and MFT Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our messaging and managed file transfer systems.

Main Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain Active MQ clusters on containers and VMs.
- Help onboard application topics, create queues.
- Identify root causes / debug and troubleshoot problems.
- Install managed file transfer agents in stone branch MFT.
- Interact with customers to onboard their requests, educate them about MFT use-cases.
- Set up file transfers between agents (one-to-one, one-to-many).
- Create templates and workflows in stone branch MFT.
- Monitor failures; help with message / file reprocessing.
- Manage MQ operations, flows, queues and topics.
- Automate the daily operation related activities using ansible and GitHub.
- Perform upgrades and patching.
- Ingest monitoring metrics to Grafana dashboard.
- Retail and/or grocery industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience on MQ and MFT implementation.
- Experience with operating on containers is a big plus preferably AKS.
- Knowledge of various integration patterns, data transfer protocols.
- Experience with any MFT tool (connect direct, Metastorm integration manager or Stone branch).
- 6+ years of experience in MQ/MFT administration and support.
- Experience in MQ platform 9.x on azure cloud is a big plus.
- Experience with Stone branch MFT is a big plus.
- Devops experience is a big plus.
- Experience building clusters and maintaining large cluster environment, HA clusters and RDQM is a big plus.
- Automation of repetitive tasks like topic creation, queue creation, flow creation.
- Experience with Ansible, shell scripting.
- Experience with RHEL 7.x onwards.
