Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business and IT projects forward. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading multiple projects simultaneously.

This position offers the opportunity to work on various business and IT initiatives, from planning to execution. You will be responsible for defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will need to maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification
