Leading Operations Expert for Matrix-Based Systems

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting matrix-based systems. Your expertise in understanding client requirements, business models, and operations for billing systems will be crucial in this role.
Key responsibilities include leading the operations team, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams to understand requirements, bridge gaps, and proactively alert potential risks. You will also be responsible for debugging issues and finding root causes, participating in user clarification sessions, and rolling out new features on billing systems.
Additionally, you will ensure quality assurance of new features, reporting, managing, and tracking requirements and functional changes. Familiarity with MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration is essential, as well as experience in MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing.
