Financial Leadership Role: Wealth Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of a Senior Manager/Chief Manager in our Wealth Management division. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to clients based on their financial requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent socializing and relation-building skills, as well as the ability to analyze client needs and provide clear explanations of complex information. Strong presentation skills and logical numerical abilities are also essential for success in this role.

A successful candidate will have at least 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory. They will also have exposure to various wealth instruments, including insurance, FD, Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, etc. A proven track record of AUM generation and a minimum AUM size of 30 cr is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely and regular follow-up with leads and tagging them on relevant broadcasts and news articles.
  • Meet new clients, take references from existing investors, and build AUM through effective relationship management.
  • Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner to ensure alignment with their financial goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors by keeping them updated on market trends and offering tailored solutions.
  • Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, and other relevant information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Confident individual with excellent presentation skills, able to analyze client requirements and provide solutions.
  • Strong logical and numerical abilities, with the ability to deal with stress and follow procedures while maintaining emotional stability.
  • Familiarity with compliance guidelines and ability to monitor and respond to documentation requests.
