- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere Suite and Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure management tools, such as AWS CloudFormation and Azure Resource Manager.
- Ability to automate tasks using PowerCLI, vRO workflows, or integration with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and SD-WAN.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kentik, Splunk, or New Relic.
- Expertise in SAN/NAS storage systems, backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
