We are looking for a skilled Graphic & Web Designer to join our team. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for visual problem-solving with a graphic-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Development:
  • Create logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines that reflect the company's identity.
Campaign Creation:
  • Design multi-channel campaign assets (social, OOH, print, digital banners, email headers) with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.
Packaging Design:
  • Develop packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups; prep production-ready files.
Presentations:
  • Build client-ready pitch decks and case studies that look as good as they read.
Art Direction:
  • Plan and oversee shoots (photo/video), moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers/retouchers.
Production Management:
  • Ensure color accuracy, print specs, bleed, overprint, and imposition are on point; coordinate with vendors for proofing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio spanning brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social design.
  2. Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).
  3. Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.
  4. Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory—the classics.
  5. Working knowledge of web basics (responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).
  6. Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
