Job Overview

Hopewind is a multinational company focusing on renewable energy & electric drive products. Our main products include wind power generation products, photovoltaic generation products, power conversion products, industrial drive products, and electric car products.

We are a leading enterprise in China's wind power converter market and are also China's top 10 photovoltaic inverter brand. We have 5 R&D and manufacturing bases, 30+ global service bases, and sales and service centers in various countries, with around 2200 employees, including more than 600 R&D engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete PCS/BESS product on-site technical support and remote technical work, including debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Manage PCS/BESS product on-site troubleshooting and guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
  • Oversee the management of PCS/BESS on-site spare parts, tracking and managing spare parts to ensure normal operation of units.
  • Maintain on-site customer relationships through normal communication and organize feedback of customer opinions.
  • Learn and understand the working principle of our PCS/BESS products, familiarize with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide training to on-site customers.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action.
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry, particularly in energy storage central PCS or BESS.
  • Preference for candidates based in Rajasthan.
