Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for successfully designing and delivering complex digital solutions for our customers. These technologies include but are not limited to products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.

The ideal candidate is a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver, with a strong background in design and development of large web-based systems. You should have a good mix of technical and enterprise skills from a technology perspective, and the ability to understand a project and debug issues.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and set expectations
  • Lead technical design sessions and design technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Provide oversight and governance of digital projects
  • Follow and help define coding standards and lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a digital solution
  • Ability to understand a project and debug issues
  • Liaise with product teams to support client implementations
  • Expert level understanding of product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds
  • Understanding of systems architecture, key design patterns, and large data volume limitations and best practices
  • Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc)
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
Qualifications
  • 9-15 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
  • Experience leading a technical team and owning customer and team engagement
