AEM Digital Experience Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Architect to design and implement comprehensive digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AEM architecture, integration, and configuration, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Design and Implement: Develop and implement scalable AEM architectures for large-scale digital experiences.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AEM solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Maintain Roadmaps and Strategies: Develop and maintain AEM technical roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of AEM systems to identify areas for optimization.
  • Implement Integrations: Implement seamless integrations with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Campaign.
  • Configure Workflows: Configure AEM workflows, approvals, and security to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure Performance: Ensure AEM performance, scalability, and reliability to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in AEM architecture and implementation (6.4+, 6.5)
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, integration, and configuration
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Integrations: Expertise in AEM integrations (Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign)
  • Development Principles: Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Communication: Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Certification: Adobe Certified AEM Architect
  • Cloud Deployments: Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (AWS, Azure)
  • DevOps Tools: Knowledge of DevOps tools (Maven, Jenkins)
  • Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)
