Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned cloud infrastructure specialist to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architecture on GCP and Azure.

  • Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native architectures for large-scale AI products and services.
  • Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment and updates.
  • Collaborate with AI product managers, data engineers to transform prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Implement best practices in MLOps/AI Ops for model versioning, monitoring, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain network architecture, including VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, etc.
  • Collect requirements, design service & resource configuration, and implement configuration for GCP and Azure resources/services.
  • Configure and manage VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and other network connectivity solutions.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based firewalls, load balancers, Meraki switches/access points, and other network security measures.

Experience working with network scanning tools to identify access points and potential vulnerabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly.

Monitor cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Operations Suite, Datadog, Splunk, and other tools. Implement and manage security measures, including policies, encryption, and compliance standards.

Stay current with the latest cloud and network engineering trends, technologies, and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Contribute to the development of RFPs, PoCs, and client proposals. Stay informed about emerging AI innovations, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and foundation models (GPT, Gemini, Copilot).

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, focusing on GCP and Azure.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in GCP/Azure services, such as VMs, Storage, SQL Database & SQL Managed Instance, and Functions.
  • Strong expertise in network engineering, including designing and managing complex network architectures.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and other network connectivity solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience working with MSPs to manage on-prem network devices and ensure seamless integration with cloud infrastructure.
