Job Title: Senior Manager – Project Finance

The role entails overseeing project financing for solar projects, encompassing Open Access, Rooftop, and Utility-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive financial models, scrutinize debt-raising processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure timely financial closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project financing activities, including preparation of detailed financial models, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, and credit rating agencies to facilitate project financing.
  • Review and negotiate loan agreements, term sheets, and financial covenants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules.
  • Identify innovative financing structures to optimize project returns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy/power/infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
