As a Material Requirement Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and coordinating the procurement of raw and packaging materials, optimizing inventory holding costs versus delivery frequency and related costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production requirements.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including production, quality assurance, application technology group, warehouse teams, and procurement to ensure seamless execution of material requirements planning (MRP) activities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and expediting deliveries, managing exceptions, and liaising with relevant teams on corrective and preventive actions.

Key outputs include creating an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18-month horizon, ensuring supply of material to production while meeting working capital targets, and managing deliveries to minimize detention and demurrage charges.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain planning in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required, and experience in SAP and APO is preferable.
