SEZ Operations Specialist

About the Role:

  • This position involves handling day-to-day operations and facility management tasks within a SEZ environment.
  • The role requires effective coordination with international and domestic shipping teams, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Duties include filing BOE and invoice endorsements, as well as maintaining open communication with SEZ officers to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • As the primary point of contact for all SEZ and customs-related activities, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bond / de-bonding processes, including DTAP filing & endorsement and import/export procedures through the SEZ online platform.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing them to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
