Job Title:

Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle FLEXCUBE

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned techno-functional consultant to provide expert support for Oracle Flexcube core banking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customization, production support, and functional design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments)
  • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Develop customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Knowledge of interfaces and integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
