Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

A cloud consultant is needed for an important project to support and enhance the Compensation and Performance modules in Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud configuration and development.

  • The consultant will design, develop, and maintain formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • They will also develop and utilize data loaders for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Additionally, they will create and modify templates and reports.

This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Managing base compensation structures and grade-step progression ladders.
  • Supporting the functional configuration and processes for the Goal and Performance Management module.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Proven experience as a techno-functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Demonstrable expertise in writing fast formulas.
  • Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Functional implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
