Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving restaurant ratings. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing Profit & Loss (P&L) by optimizing food, labor, and operational costs;
- Conducting regular audits to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance;
- Implementing training and development plans to enhance team performance and reduce attrition;
- Leading safety initiatives and implementing Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings.
Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to analyze data to drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting periodic reviews with Pod Managers and providing actionable feedback;
- Analyzing backend and forecasting data to ensure ingredient availability and minimize spillage;
- Identifying and executing process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
