  • Monitor food and beverage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Assist in creating and updating menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and market trends
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to set and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to staff members
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to staff members
