Job Overview

This is a high-profile position that plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and operations team to achieve exceptional results and exceed targets.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in sales and technology solutions, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.
  • Independently introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technology deals.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.
Requirements

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, IT Services, Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experience mandatory).
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute business plans aligned to organizational goals.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or MBA.
  • Post-graduation in IT will be an added advantage.
