About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of technical writing principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with our engineering teams to develop clear and concise documentation that meets the needs of our customers.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or telecommunications industry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using documentation tools and software such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar, as well as familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems (CMS). Basic understanding of programming languages and APIs is also a plus.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and processes.

What We Offer
