Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Manage multiple sites with high-quality standards, ensuring timely delivery while upholding design intent.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to adhere to design and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.

Quality & Risk Management:

  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
