Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to help us create engaging educational materials. The ideal candidate is passionate about design and education, with strong technical skills and an understanding of visual communication principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design educational assets such as worksheets, lesson plans, presentations, infographics, and eBooks that effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
  • Develop graphics for digital marketing campaigns including social media, email newsletters, display ads, and website content that resonate with our audience.
  • Create brand-consistent visual identities for campaigns and initiatives that reflect our values and mission.
  • Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and event materials that capture attention and convey important information.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to design UI elements for e-learning platforms, apps, and dashboards that provide a seamless user experience.
  • Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets for digital products that enhance their functionality and appeal.
  • Assist in the creation of storyboards, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and animated explainer videos that engage and educate our audience.
  • Work with video editors or produce basic animations for educational or promotional content that showcase our expertise.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual communications skills and experience working with educational content.
  • Excellent understanding of visual communication principles and how to apply them to various mediums.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
