Job Description:

As a visual communication specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visuals that align with our brand identity. Collaborating closely with marketing, brand, and digital teams, you will bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact across all content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing creative concepts for various media channels, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and print materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Creating illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all design work while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Preparing final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • An understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
